1. Account Eligibility and Security

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when establishing your profile node.
• You are entirely responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials and monitoring all activity, broadcasts, and transactions performed under your username.

2. The Rewards Ecosystem & Virtual Assets

The platform operates a proprietary virtual currency engine featuring Credit Points and Rubby Coins.

• No Monetary Value: Credit Points and Rubby Coins are strictly internal utility tokens used to measure platform engagement, allocate extra watch-time booster configurations, or execute peer-to-peer creator tips. They do not constitute property and hold no real-world monetary value unless expressly stated through verified, authenticated monetization tiers managed within your dashboard.
• Conversion Rules: The platform enforces a strict internal conversion logic. Users may convert accumulated credits at a fixed rate of 1,000 Credit Points to 1 Rubby Coin. This exchange rate is final and controlled explicitly by the system ledger.
• Transaction Finality: Any tips or booster allocations authorized through your wallet are instantaneous and completely irreversible.

3. Acceptable Use & Anti-Cheat Restrictions

To maintain a fair ecosystem for both viewers and creators, you agree strictly to the following conduct rules:

• Automated Farm Prohibitions: You may not use bots, scripts, automated clickers, or background manipulation tricks to artificially inflate your watch-time metrics or manipulate the tracking interval.
• Bypassing Safeguards: Circumventing the platform's tab-visibility or anti-idle tracking mechanics (which automatically pause rewards when a window is minimized or out of focus) is a material breach of these Terms and will result in an immediate account ban.
• Content Restrictions & Sole Creator Liability: When broadcasting link nodes to the shared network stream, the creator is exclusively and solely responsible for the posted content, references, and media links. You must ensure that any destination link you provide does not contain malicious software, malware, copyright-infringing material, or unlawful media. One link can only be broadcasted once to prevent feed spamming. The platform disclaims all liability for user-generated broadcasts, and the posting creator agrees to indemnify the platform against any claims arising from their submitted media links or external references.
• Interaction Limits: Self-interaction parameters (such as liking your own posts or commenting on your own broadcast streams) are programmatically blocked or strictly prohibited to protect the balance of the ecosystem economy.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

• By posting or broadcasting a destination link, you warrant that you have the right to share the metadata associated with that URL.
• The platform reserves the right to scrub metadata, adjust category tags, filter visibility (Public, Protected, Private), or remove any broadcast node from the live stream at our sole discretion.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to suspend, freeze, or terminate your profile node and forfeit any accumulated Credit Points or Rubby Coins if we detect fraud, structural manipulation, automated farming, or any violation of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform and its components are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that real-time tracking loops will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or exempt from temporary network synchronizations. We are not liable for any loss of virtual currency balances resulting from unapproved third-party manipulation or user error.

7. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes absolute acceptance of the updated legal framework.
